Hello, Tom and Sarah here!
Little Healing is residential Sauna and Ice Bath booking service at our home in Northfields, Ealing. We have converted our side return into a small, private spa focusing on temperature exposure specifically.

We are passionate about wellbeing in order to lead a more productive and motivating life.
Temperature exposure plays an important role in our lives for health and wellbeing, promoting productivity, resilience and various emerging physiological health benefits in addition to simply relaxing and feeling good.

We have backgrounds in Sports Medicine, Olympic and Paralympic athlete development and elite sports performance. We know what an important role temperature exposure can have on preparation and recovery. We think it has just as much application to life outside sport.
​
We want you to feel and enjoy the benefits of temperature exposure through access to our two-person sauna and one-person ice bath. We have a cold shower to rinse and a changing room to get ready in.

We hope you enjoy it and feel super-charged for whatever else lays ahead of you that day. Equally, we hope the facilities promote relaxation and rejuvenation!
How to use Little Healing
Step by step ...
1. Book online (set up an account if you'd like, its free and helps you manage bookings and access the members only page for discounts). You can also book direct with Tom on 07843097949 if you want to explore availability on the same day.
2. Look out for email confirmation (can find it's way into Junk) which will have the gate access code and other important info.
3. Arrive on time but don't enter early as someone might be finishing up.
4. Punch in the code and in you come. The side passage will illuminate.
5. Get changed into swimwear - there is a changing room (heater also).
6. Shower (watching out it's cold) before using the equipment and please sit on a towel in the sauna (bring your own but we do have a few we leave out for you to use/sit on).
7. Session start on the hour and last for 45 mins but you have the 15 mins to steal a few more moments of relaxation (depending on how fast you can get changed)
8. Be safe, if in doubt...get out.
9. Head on out the same way and use the push release button to open the door.
10. Book in again.
